No you got it twisted. I'm saying Stevenson should accept the fight on HBO.

Stevenson is in the same situation as Lomachenko was. Both had loyalty to the other network, but no legal obligation preventing them from fighting off it.

Lomo took the risk, Stevenson won't.

he got paid the highest paid contract with showtime and hbo kicked him off that network right away..lol..they cited that he made mismatches..but the ratings were good so that was bs..they wer mad that haymon wants to put on fights on both networks and ultimately his own series...
this whole converstaion pertaing to stevenson is sorted out easily if hbo start back allowing haymon to put on his fighters on his own cards on their network..

hbo tore the fence and now it is time to mend it..they need to start now for the sake up boxing fans everywhere..
Why is this surprising to you? I follow fighters not networks and promoters. The political side of boxing doesnt interest me in the least. I keep reading HBO and Haymon had beef so I asked the question.

i totally understand that, but the age of boxing will run laps around you if you only choose to be a hardcore fan instead of a harcore fan/acting lawyer/acting promter hahaha

i hope u learned something when answer..i didnt sugarcoat any of it and i dont have a bias..im just as sick of it as you are..and i want boxing to have one umbrella..pbc seems to be in the lead and giving free big fights along with prosepct fights so i hope they sew it up and start making everyone go through them

Stevenson's career fell considerably once he left HBO; I mean look at the names he fought with HBO; Dawson, Cloud, and Bellew at least these names are familiar with fans. He took some soft touches except for Fonfara when he left to Haymon. Watching the fight Saturday it felt like Kovalev was the hometown fighter.

THEY KNEW HAYMON WOULD WIN THAT BID
