I'm not even going to discuss Roy Jones because to put GGG in the same breath as him as blasphemy.

Jackson is just as right on Toney, unless you believe James would have some sort of off-night. Toney wasn't going to get KO'ed. Not a prime version. He had an excellent chin. And I'd say Golovkin's style was tailor made for him. GGG has some weaknesses on the inside and I think a concerted attack to the body might be a serious problem for him but none of his opponents possess that level of skill to even begin to implement that. Toney would wear him down and cruise to a UD. And that's just me hypothesizing on styles. On paper, given their resumes, this is a no contest.

But you've proven time and again you have no clue what you're looking it. Must suck being old enough to catch Hamsho and Roldan and end up not knowing **** about boxing.

because I point out his resume is crap besides proven fighters of the past that makes me a racist?...he hasnt been in the ring with anyone near the talent or success of Jones and Toney.

Look at all the inside skill of this fight...I dont think GGG can handle either guy(McCallum)...especially the way Monroe who isnt even ranked with just decent speed touched him up....Toney eats up come forward types, just like Jones does and GGG isnt that hard to hit. I doubt GGG could beat McCallum at 160...(McCallum was dropped once, never stopped and fought good to great punchers like Julian Jackson, Jones, Toney)

look at these guys on the inside and mid range where GGG specializes...as soon as he would miss he would pay

Thank you for pointing out he hasnt faced anyone of their calibre or near it

Good reference. Those guys were master inside fighters and defensively incredible. Toney said McCallum is the best fighter he's ever fought and the only one he truly respects.

Toney was quite proven when he fought Roy actually, I mean GGG is in a very very weak era of middleweights. If he had been around when Pavlik and Abraham were at middleweight and knocked them out then I would be more inclined to agree with you. I mean tell me why someone like Martin Murray would make it past 6 with Roy? lol.

It's a credit to GGG that JDJ had to mention greats from the past to bring GGG down but he's not that far off with his assessments of how the fights would play out if you're not a GGG fanboy.
Pretty sure Toney was p4p number 1 at that point as well.

I provide facts with emphasis on styles and accomplishments. Unlike yourself and other obsessed GGG groupies who cant see past GGGs weaknesses. Clueless rabid Golovkin zombies who praise an untested fighter, a fighter who has been proven vulnerable when you implement certain things, in the previous three fights. I think Canelo is going to give him trouble if they ever fight. If Canelo can deal with his power it could get real interesting.

Because I don't agree with your lame assessment of Golovkin doesn't dictate that I'm a boxing novice. Quite the contrary your unwillingness to recognize his obvious weaknesses and weak competition but yet elevate him to Godlike status makes you the novice not me.

U can't knock an unbeaten record.....especially if other champions are dredging the lower divisions for cherry pick defences lol
