Stevenson has a good chance of knocking Kovalev out imo. Hate all you want, but the Russian is susceptible to a hard left hand down the pipe, and Stevenson is one of the hardest punchers in the game.

Don't get me wrong, i hate the pimp as much as the next man, but let's not pretend that this fight isn't competitive.

Kovalev is a better boxer in pretty much every way compared to Stevenson. This fight is'nt competitive at all imo. Stevenson is obviously dangerous because he is a good counter puncher with game changing power, but that is his only chance. If he had a jab worth talking about it might be different, but my 2 year old niece throws a better jab than Stevenson does.

When two sides can't agree then they go to a FAIR PROCESS=a purse bid that's not fair?

Haymon doing this is in response to Duva and HBO pulling out of the purse bid. You kind of left that part out.

Michel liked the deal and said it was very fair to Stevenson.

If you get a very fair deal for a fight you want to make, you accept it.

You DON'T bring up a new condition, knowing it will cause problems for the other side. Especially if that new condition does not benifit your fighter in any way.

Last year when the mando spot was granted and The Haymon backed promoters didn't try to make a deal but have it go to a purse bid (where they would have the advantage) HBO made Duva ask not to be the mando.

Now its 2016, HBO wants the fight only on HBO. Haymon clearly doesn't trust them so the promoter he backs suggests having it as a joint PPV, which HBO will not do. Its easy for you to say accept a fair deal just like its easy for me to say go to the purse bid.

Both sides have contributed to this fight not happening at one time or another. Now neither wants to cede control and both sides are operating in a way to prevent the fight from being made.

Ill take the credibility of Hopkins, Kovalev and Pascal over Stevenson anyday of any week. Pascal even refers to Stevenson as "Our National Chicken" and "Aduckin Chickenson"
