Who cares about boxrec rankings they mean nothing. This is the highest ranked fighter with a "name" that will agree to fight him. Give me a name of another heavyweight who is on record saying they will fight him? I'll wait....

Depends did those other fighters turn down better fights that were on the table or price themselves out any other BS excuse to avoid a fight? For example khan fighting bums while numerous fighters calling him out and he making excuses to fight tomato cans instead. Literally nobody is calling out Ortiz and guys are saying no refusing to talk money. Nobody wants to fight him unless they are forced to.
