Wade is better than Salka. But GGG is way better than Garcia so it makes for a bigger mismatch.

GGG is the recognized MW Champion of the world. He might not be the man who beat the man who beat the man "Lineal" but the man who beat the man who beat the man; is not a man until he fights as a MW and not as a JrMW.

GGG is a MW; he's not moving up until he's undisputed. He needs the WBC, Ring, and the "Regular WBA"...

Hopefully, Wade, then Saul, and then Jacob. All For 2016? Would be nice....

Jacobs doesn't want to be on the receiving end of Pirog X2

We can't get Stevenson vs Kovalev and we are talking about Jacobs vs GGG?
He needs to talk to his own bosses. They will remind him that them have a guy who is also on their network and commentates for them occasionally that wanted that fight. While I'm at it where the hell is Canelo? He is also on that network but they don't have anything to say about him/

Floyd is TBE above Jesus Christ to this FIomo but this is the same FIomo who said Floyd vs. Berto wasn't a cherry-pick and Floyd deserved it as a going-away fight

Beyond that, Haymon is featuring his fighters on "Premier Boxing Champions," the series he conceived, wooed investors for and is now running on several networks, and has a relationship with Showtime, which aired Jacobs' sensational first-round technical knockout win over Peter Quillin in December.

"To hell with the obligation. You go where the money is," Lederman countered. "Danny Jacobs would make millions of dollars fighting GGG. He'd be the real, real, real unified middleweight champion of the world if he beats GGG [NOTE: Alvarez is the lineal champion but is not yet considered to be the best 160-pound fighter]. You can't get involved in politics with all that gain. Danny Jacobs could become legendary if he could beat GGG at Barclays Center on [April] 23. He'd be so big. We'd have to go back to Sugary Ray Robinson to find a middleweight that big if Danny Jacobs can win that fight."

Man, even Lederman, a HBO commentator, doesn't buy these network excuses. He says here it's really up to the fighter, which in this case is Jacobs.

Like Hagler once said succintly, "Nobody can stop you from fighting anybody. You can even go to his house and fight him in his living room."

Al Haymon has basically created a system where if you sign with him, you can duck any fight you are scared to take and still make decent money fighting your safer choices...

I only conversate with boxing fans. Not butthurt trolls that only follow one retired fighter.
