Ward ducked GGG and this is a fact.

By Rick Reeno is a week away from his scheduled return. Ward, who's been out of the ring since November 2013, During Ward's period of inactivity, his name was consistently linked to several potential fights. One of those potential fights would come against WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (33-0, 30KOs). In an interview conducted last year, Golovkin's trainer Abel Sanchez said his boxer was willing to fight any notable name from junior middleweight to super middleweight. In a direct response to that interview, Ward raised his hand and said he was ready to fight Golovkin. At that time, Golovkin's handlers had legitimate concerns because Ward had an ongoing legal battle with his former promoter. That legal issue has long been resolved. During several recent interviews with Golovkin and members of his team, Ward's name has once again been raised for a potential fight. Golovkin's promoter, Tom Loeffler of K2, is receptive to the idea of fighting Ward but believes they need additional time to build it up into a pay-per-view attraction. Ward does not agree with Loeffler's response and views it as another excuse to avoid the fight - noting that Golovkin has attempted to face two different super middleweights, Carl Froch and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., in the last twelve months. Both Chavez and Froch are physically bigger than Ward.

GGG is a beast but fanboys like these make it hard to root for him. There is ample amount of proof that GGG and his team want no parts of Ward. Ward ducking Lil G to fight Kovalev lmao that **** doesn't even make sense.

Ha an interview? Here's a video of Golovkin admitting he won't fight Ward because he's too much.

I don't know if we can say he is a beast. Beasts don't usually shake their head in terror when a boxer is mentioned.

Yep. I feel bad for Wade because they're basically risking that kid's future potential for a shot at the title that he's nowhere near ready for.

Haymon won't allow it. It's not in his DNA. I think he wants to force GGG to vacate to set up Wade vs N'Dam for the vacant belt. If he wins the purse bid, HBO won't allow Golovkin to fight on another network.

Just stating facts boy as they appear. If you do not like it son then move on? GGG has few options for big PPV money fights outside of Canelo or even Jacobs who is not a PPV fighter. Canelo is the golden burrito for GGG. Golovkin is mismanaged has no fan base and is basically boring and dull. Canelo rules the decision making with little g who has no say in anything and that is in broken english anyway. DUH? Move on Boy?

This would be a great fight. Unfortunately there on opposite sides of the street. Al Haymon will not let any of his clients go fight on HBO and GGG is tied to HBO.

Both men would get tested in different ways. It would be a good styles fight and hopefully one day they fight each other.

Agree; Wade gets pulled out if HBO/K2 win the purse bid and gets pulled out if Haymon wins the purse bid and Golovkin gets permission to fight off HBO.

In a scenario where Golovkin was forced to vacate the IBF title, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see Antoine Douglass suddenly be ranked next week's new ratings over N'Dam and get to fight Wade.

This dude is a biased clown. We all know there's more than that stopping this fight from happening- like the politics of boxing. No Haymon fighter is fighting on HBO and GGG is not fighting outside of HBO. Besides, I feel like this fight is a potential PPV fight sometime next year if GGG beats canelo and Danny can secure another legit victory.
