This is the funniest thing I've heard in a long, long time. Makes zero sense.

People who are struggling financially don't buy penny stocks. They don't buy stocks at all.

I already answered you. They haven't because Showtime was in bed with haymon who had all the leverage. He basically held a gun to their head and said if you don't overpay then I take all my fighters to another network and he had Floyd. So Showtime had no reason to burn bridges and were waiting to see how this PBC thing worked out. Now that Floyd is retired and if PBC belly flops Haymon loses tons of power he had at showtime. They have NO REASON to overpay for fights. Haymon now needs them not the other way around. Where else do Haymon fighters go? HBO has made it clear that they will not overpay. Showtime existed long before Haymon and can offer fight dates and fighter contracts to the other promoters who were being froze out by Haymon. My guess is after this PBC goes in flames Showtime starts saying no to Haymon on garbage fights and no to the ridiculous inflated purses. If they don't they will end up like PBC losing millions because it makes no business sense to pay Jacobs and Quillin 1.5mil each when the fight draws only 300K viewers.

It's a real simple question, yet you keep NOT naming all these promoters and fighters you claim Showtime is going to work with instead of Haymon.

Your inability to answer is telling.

No you playing dumb is telling. Golden boy, top rank, main events, k2, roc nation, ect any of them. Showtime was held hostage by haymon. Does he have Floyd anymore and does haymon have any other network to run to now to overpay him? No. Now he needs showtime more then they do. Only a matter of time till Showtime starts turning down fights and forcing haymon fighters to take paycuts. If and when showtime ends their relationship with haymon they will open their doors to all those promoters who don't have enough network dates for their fighters. Showtime can not survive paying guys like Jacobs and quillin 3mil to fight each other when only 300k viewers watch. And without Floyd or the threat of pbc they don't have a reason to pay that.

Haymon will still be a force in boxing but PBC failing will have a domino effect and he will not be as powerful as he was especially with showtime.

So in your world, Showtime is going to rebuild its boxing brand with a group of promoters who:
                a) Have most of their best fighters (Ward-RocNation; Canelo-GB; Kovalev-Main Events; Triple GGG-K2, etc.) locked into HBO exclusive deals, and

b)Are already struggling to provide HBO (the home of ZERO Haymon fighters) with meaningful content and matchups in the past 6 months and beyond

                - Thus thePascal/Kov II and Pac/Bradley rematches nobody wanted, the Hank Lundys and Dominic Wades of the world appearing in main events, and the scheduling and discussion of mismatches like Khan/Canelo (weight), Hopkins/GGG (age), and Cotto/Marquez (weight and age)

These content providers are the 'leverage' you believe Showtime is banking on against Haymon? What fight are Main Events or Roc Nation going to send over to Showtime that HBO wouldn't also reject?

You keep talking about promoters who don't have enough network dates for their fighters but the truth is those promoters barely have enough fighters under contract to put on meaningful fights on one network (HBO), much less two (HBO and Showtime)

Haymon's portfolio of up and comers and champions is just as valuable as before for any network that wants to broadcast boxing. Period.

Well FOX has already had 1. CBS has 1 scheduled for March. 6 on NBC leaves 2 to go. I'd assume they go FOX since Showtime is paying for the CBS card in March and I don't really see Showtime continuing to do PBC favors like that especially with Showtime's boxing ratings in a bad place.
