Amir Khan has failed to produce significant viewership on the 3 events I cited.
Does that make sense to you? Simple enough?

No big loss to Haymon and good for Khan getting a big payday.
Chief executive Hank Herrmann said the company has struggled with customer withdrawals and a volatile stock market. He also promised cost cutting to help boost earnings.
“In addition to market challenges, we have had to manage increased redemption pressure and weaker sales in some of our key strategies due in part to under performance in these funds. In light of lower levels of assets under management, we are evaluating operating expenses to align our cost structure with revenues,” Herrmann said in the announcement.

Does that sound like PBC can operate under the same frivolous spending they had in 2015? That statement explains exactly why you see less PBC shows and numerous ones being shipped to Showtime they are cutting costs. How is PBC going to increase it's crappy TV ratings with less shows and less money for these shows from it's investors? And now lost one of the biggest names on PBC.Last edited by bigdunny1; 02-02-2016, 01:58 PM.

Haymon played a part in the deal as he should have to get his client the most $$$. It is exactly what he has always done.

And Khan's own father came out last year and said the same thing Dan is saying today said point blank he was negotiating a fight with Manny without Haymon. Something Manny's own manager confirmed that Haymon was not part of any of their discussions. I think this is more semantics to try and save face for Haymon. Clearly it's not in his best interest to advise Khan to fight Manny on HBO without his involvement or to fight on a golden boy card (who is suing him for like 300 million) on HBO no less. My guess when he tries to spin it as I was involved he means they gave me a heads up they were going elsewhere not necessarily that Haymon had any choice in the manner or power to block it. Khan's father said the way Khan's deal is with haymon he can't prevent them from making a side deal with someone else. And clearly Khan's father was right.Last edited by bigdunny1; 02-02-2016, 02:15 PM.
