He's also never fought below 161lbs. Despite turning pro 7 years ago at 19, he's been plagued with long periods of inactivity due to promotional issues and also appears to be a bit of a headcase.

this is why im saying GGG shouldnt be so fast to dot his name on an hbo contract whenever he is done with them if pbc is still around...canelo is the meal ticket there and otherwise you have to overpay everyone to get in the ring leading to your own paycut. Al overpays everyone therefore GGG would get wat he deserves and willing participants to figth him bc they would get paid ppv type money to fight on regular tv..kovalev and ggg should both do this bc they dont have huge fights imo..the talk of kovalev going to russia just proves that hbo has nothing for him

um garcia just made 2 million how is that lesser pay days? u dont think showtime couldnt have did 97k ppv's? hbo was boxing most prestigious platform..then spike tv started out performing them as well as other pbc outlets..like i told the other guy..if canelo wont fight him who does he have left??
haymon can overpay to put quillen, jacobs, and anyone from 154 and 160 in...even if you lose u still get 1.5 like the ghost did..
if ggg loses on hbo he drops to under 1 million...
as a fight fan u should be asking yourself who has teh better matches for him PBC OR HBO?
BUY FAR PBC HAS BETTER QUALITY ON THEIR HANDS
lara, both charlo's, jacobs, quillen, both dirrels, jack, degale, and the list is likely longer than this

It's probably not going to happen anyway. If HBO was going to deal with Haymon, then they would be smarter to get Danny Jacobs instead of Dominic Wade. I don't think Haymon would sacrifice a young prospect to appease HBO.

Call me a fanboy, whatever. God forbid I like a fighter who knocks everyone out and is avoided by everyone. You probably thought Paul Williams was a coward too. I like Andre Ward but don't come back with some bull**** about him, he doesn't fight near middleweight. Here's my point, you're the definition of a hater and I need an explanation how him begging Canelo to actually defend the "middleweight" belt he won at 155 lol is a cowardly move.

GGG might be one of the best fighters ever to never get a real opponent.
