I would sue the WBC if I was Garcia, and he'd win because Bum squad Wilder has fought 3 voluntary defenses but Garcia can't make even 1. Hypocrisy at its best.

Danny was the wbc no2 ranked fighter and he beat the no6. He's lucky to have the title at all.

If he was the no1 or beat the no1 or beat the reigning champion then sure but that fight should have been an eliminator to fight Khan for the title.

Will Khan even want this fight? What are the WBC rules for purses, can Khan ask for ridiculous amounts like 80-20, 70-30, 60-40 like he's a PPV king? Or does the champ in the mando position get the lion's share? It seems like Khan doesn't want to fight any top 10 WW's who can punch a bit, so it will be interesting to see if he passes this up in fear or actually want the fight.

Amir Khan's last fight was May 2015, with Khan spending the bulk of his time since fasting and traveling the world, with little time actually spent in the gym working on his craft.

With Ramadan starting June 6th, the idea that Khan can get in two fights before then is laughable.

Does he really want to take on a primed, fit, active(three fights in 9 months, with another fight tentatively looked at for May, is a pretty good pace) 147lb Danny Garcia as his first scrap back? methinks not
