Well Danny won a vacant belt and that's their rule to fight the mando right away. But postol also won a vacant belt and gets to fight a voluntary. So yea they're still hypocrites

Postol got a voluntary coz his mando Amir Imam decided to take a tune up fight before facing him, and then that bum Amir went and lost the damn tune up fight.

The wbc can't enforce a fight if the mando doesn't want it dum ass. The onus is up to the mando to enforce his right to the title, if he doesn't or agrees with the champ to postpone, then the wbc can't do nothing bout it, at best the can force the mando to defend his mando position against #2 if he takes to long to challenge the champ.

You do realise that there's nothing stopping Garcia from fighting tune ups before that June date right? And you do realise that Deontay Wilder only fought the first two voluntaries BEFORE the wbc mandated negotiation date and only fought the third voluntary because....OH Yeah! Because chicketkin decided to defend a silver title AFTER the negotiation date and forced the wbc to extend the negotiation date by a month but OH WAIT.....did chicketkin decide to negotiate or did he ask for ANOTHER six/seven month extention?

This was a vacant title. The fight should involved the no1 ranked guy, regardless of whether he's a worthy no1 or not. That's the whole point of having rankings.

Will Khan even want this fight? What are the WBC rules for purses, can Khan ask for ridiculous amounts like 80-20, 70-30, 60-40 like he's a PPV king? Or does the champ in the mando position get the lion's share? It seems like Khan doesn't want to fight any top 10 WW's who can punch a bit, so it will be interesting to see if he passes this up in fear or actually want the fight.
