I love Mickey but dude is going to find out he lost more than his prime when he returns. It's going to be a tough for him. Lots of people have past him up and being that inactive while others are is going to hurt him.

I commend him for his courage to do what he's doing but at what price is he willing to pay, he's lost lots of money and activity which is important in boxing.

Arum can really fu ck a guy over if you don't play by his rules. But then again Mickey signed his contract and in a way he needs to man up to what he signed.

Well if that's true he needs to sue the Fu ck out of TR and get what they promised. There are laws out there to protect people from this type of stuff.

The BS that they are pulling on him about wanting an extension before they give him his last fight is true BS and there are laws against that **** too. Who the F uck are Mickey's lawyers. They should be all over this from day one and they should have come to a conclusion by now.

He's 28, he lost 2 years off his prime. It doesn't look like he's going to be back any time soon.

Crazy how stuff like that is supposed to be legal; Mikey owes a single ****ing fight and Arum can sit on that for two years with no one raising any issues.

You act as if Ward was going out of his way to get on tv and talk crap. Mikey isn't on tv cause people aren't asking him to commentate. Really, did Ward say "rematch only in Oakland" or did he say he didn't have to fight Froch in Froch's hometown? He already beat the guy, he isn't obligated to give into Froch for a paycheck(would he have liked one? of course he would have, as we all would), as far as Ward is concerned he'd already beaten him and didn't have to prove anything.

ward had every single super six fight in his home country and most in his hometown. froch fought in 4 different countries in the tournament. ward doesn't care about taking risks. he wants to win at all costs. if he doesn't get the circumstances to his liking he simply won't fight. letting him rig the super six in his favor was a huge mistake for showtime. they created a diva monster.

he surely has to be feeling it now, that money is getting thin. He just moved into a new house bought a new car, he was looking into buying a lambo and then bam this happened so he didnt get his lambo and his way of living hasnt changed and no new income coming in it gonna catch up and BAM thats when ARUM CRUSHES him with a deal for another 15 years lol.

I just shake my head at the whole mess and in hindsight, I bet he now wishes he would have just worked through his contract.

Arum has no mercy. He will let Garcia wither away and have no remorse. Garcia was making bigger and bigger purses and just decided to jump ship. I cannot tell who to blame here. If it does come out that Arum was cheating him he will be rewarded. If not he will come out broke and have to start all over.
