Why would 2 hot HW prospects, based on opposite sides of the globe, want to face each other in a 50/50 fight that would almost surely end in a brutal KO defeat for one or the other?

Both guys are still developing and have a ready-made excuse if they fail..... but that would not be a huge payday for either guy, the winner will have beaten a nobody, and the loser will have lost to a nobody.
