I can understand Fury being upset about the Haye situation at the time but Haye's injury was serious enough to take him out of the sport for over 3 years so it's not as if it was some fabricated story. That's quite obvious now. Surely Fury realizes that by now? It's as if he's convinced himself that it was a fake injury when Haye has in reality been out of the ring for 3 and a half years in recovery, which is a realistic time-frame to try to treat the type of injury he had. Fury needs to accept it was a real injury, and that injuries do happen.

fury does not have the power to make haye respect him [scare him] the way wladimir did. styles make fights. fury's going to need to do more than move to beat haye, who is faster and more athletic in addition to having the power to stop the fight.

it was the jab and the power of klitschko that stopped haye in his tracks, and fury doesn't have a powerful jab or a right hand behind it.

wladimir actually threw a jab when he foght haye. 6.5 feet tall, 245 lbs, actually athletic [unlike fury] and some of the biggest freaking hands you'll ever see. when guys made mistakes he'd drop the right hand. and if they got all the way in he would hold. he didn't need anything other than the jab to carry rounds and change people's minds about trying to win the fight. fury does not have that kind of jab. people who assert that he does are crazy.
