Well the strange thing here is that even if Kell Brook gets paid £2.5 Million thats still 10 times more then highest purse he has earned his entire Career.

According to Hearns own forecast and Projections and estimates by his team a Finacial experts and marketers this fight will be bigger then Froch Groves 2 and is worth a minumum of £30 Million. So £10 Million for Khan and about £6 Million to Brook is fair.

Hearn does not want to pay either of these Guys the money and wants to keep the largest chunk for himself.

Since Kells focus for virtually his entire career has been Amir Khan he should take the £ 2.5 Million...There will be a rematch clause and Kell will hold all the cards in the rematch and earn the bigger money for beating Khan a second time...Thats exactly what Tyson Fury has done and Fury after his rematch will be finacially set for life.

I think the entire obstacle to getting this fight is Eddie Hearn, he should not get a free pass keeps promising Kell the big fights and not delivering.

He has never given t Brook the promotional backing he deserves... Bredis Prescott was relentlessly calling out Kell Brook Years ago... It would have been a great fight for increasing Brooks profile and making a statement to Khan. Eddie refused to make the fight because he did not want to pay Prescott the purse to get it made.

Julio Diaz gave Khan a tough fight and said he was willing to fight Kell Brook
for the right money another opportunity for Kell to make a statement and increase his profile...Eddie Hearns said... " Diaz would be too expensive".

Chris Algieri, gave Khan a tough fight and said he would consider a fight with Brook, would have been a great way to make a statement by beating Algieri in a more convincing fashion than Khan.... Instead Eddie Hearns chose to negotiate with Chaves, because Algieri would have been too expensive.

It seems to me Eddie Hearn wants to do the bear minimum in progressing Kells career. Instead he is just waiting to cash him out for a big purse.. Brook desreves the same kind of Backing that Anthony Joshua and James Degale are getting.

Its Kells own fault for not having the balls to leave Hearns.

So if the Khan fight does not get made whats Plan B? I think probably a fight with Hearns fighter Sam Eggington or Paulie Malignaggi.

How can any one who's champion take £2.5m to someone's £10m, we are not talking about some superstar of boxing here ,we're talking about old glass jaw, who's not even been PPv for years and even then low fiqures. I understand your theory about the rematch clause but like Kell said 'he would hate to lose to me' , that being said no matter what was in the contract I can't see Khan wanting to get knocked out by Kell twice , there's enough problems getting him in there to be knocked out once.Kell has already done what Khan asked of him and won the strap , I then think it's a bit rich to go around beating better his opponents, all's glass jaw would come out with is 'his left overs'......He simply doesn't fancy the fight, he's off.....to safer pastures!

Wow! King is normally a chilled out guy from what we see, but he was really fired up here. Nice to see him stand up for himself and not take his sh.it. Most fighters would've just had laughed it off with a silly grin.

Ppl try to hide behind the joke of Khan not getting the fight, remember it is just a smoke screen. Floyd would rather fight his leftovers or the B WW from the same gym.

Hearns is gonna have to pay up the money his own experts have projected, this joker should not have offered the £10 million payday if he is unwilling to back it up.

The fight is going to be a joint promotion, so if the purse is gonna be higher then £2.5 Million for Brook Hearns is going to have to pay for it from his own Cut. Hearns is unwilling to do that.

So again all the Roads lead right back to Eddie Hearns the guy is a clown.

As for Kell Brook fighting Khans Left overs, "Its called Piggy Back Marketing"
Brook would have got massive publicity in the British Media on the back of those wins, fairly commonsense thing to do, if you want to become a pay
per view star and attract the Casuals. The Casuals fall for these sort of Marketing tactics hook line and sinker.

If Khan is never gonna fight Brook like you said...Then after 12 years as a professional is it not time for Kell Brook to move one, or are you happy for Kell Brook to keep fighting second tier opposition whilst calling out Khans name for the remainder of his career?

Khan dont Owe Jack to Kell Brook...Khan has a smart team around him who have managed to make him a Multi-millionaire and a high profile Celebrity in the U.K. all this despite the fact he has mediocre talent and has a glass jaw.
