exactly, i actually thought that it was their rule that if you are a wbc champion at the weight class below, that automatically puts you in the top 2 or 3 in their rankings once you move up.

Wouldn't surprise me. Along with Mosley I've seen Hatton move up to fight for a title. Bradley etc.

If you say so I say this is now getting to the point where it's laughable. You literally just need a promoter with influence and that's it. Damn everyne else who has been chasing that belt for god knows how long who put in the actual work to earn their ranking in the division.

Thurman has a belt. Porter already fought for one and is fighting for one a second time. What chase?

He has the WBA title and has been at 147 long enough to have warranted first dibs among Haymon fighters for that WBC crown. The guy he just finished destroying got a shot to get that belt before him? How the hell does that work? Porter did not fight for the WBC title and has also been putting in work at 147 for quite long enough to have deserve that belt, The belt should've been between Thurman and Porter with the winner facing Garcia at the very least, not the other way around.

So what? They've fought for titles. So it's not as if they're being denied title shots. Period.

Garcia's resume is as good or better than any of the other two. Whether you like it or not. Shane Mosley moved from 135 to 147 and got a title shot after beating Willie Wise (who?). Hatton. Bradley after Casamayor. So please stop whining like it's some injustice that an undefeated unified champ moves up and gets a title shot and not another champion or someone who already had a shot and lost.

Everyone wants a piece of Danny Garcia including those he already fought, Herrera, Matthysse, Khan. Then there was Maidana who wanted Garcia if he ever comes back. There's also Broner who mentioned Garcia's name just recently... Not to mention Thurman, Pacquiao, Brook, etc.
