If you're looking for good info on Top Rank and HBO, Kim occasionally has good insight. I think by now everyone knows to ignore anything he says about the other side. Not only is his opinion biased, sometimes twisted, most of his intel re: PBC/Showtime is way off.

PBC has banned him, Dougie Fischer, Gabriel Montoya and the rest of the Max Boxing goon platoon from all events, including Showtime events.
Consequently these guys write about PBC like they are schoolgirls gossiping like jilted exes.

Eh, I mean the reality is is most major promoters/networks got their fan boy & hater media guys just like boxers do with fans.
You can dog Kim & granted there is reason to dog him, most guys who are on a side, so to speak, just hype their guy they don't dog the other guy quite like Kim does thus Kim gets his karmic response by allegedly being banned from certain events. I will say I'm no fan of Kim the man, but I do respect some of his opinions when he's just not being a straight troll or hater on twitter. His UCB(?) youtube videos where he interviews boxers or does round table type stuff is often good stuff.

Steve Kim is one of the managing editors of Boxing Scene so be careful what you say about him. Even if it's true it could lead to getting banned.
