Because he's invested his career in the failure of PBC/Haymon. If Haymon/PBC proves to be successful Kim is on the outside looking in. PBC isn't going to credential him to their fights if his sole purpose is to bash it. He'll be stuck covering IBO minimum weight fights in Guam if PBC is successful.

Because he is blackballed and he has to coverage boxing events from his home so he is extremely bitter
