Boxing isn't even the most popular sport in Mexico lol... if you actually look at it, Boxing is more popular in Puerto Rico than it is in Mexico.

Futbol/Soccer is the most popular sport in Mexico and thats where most of the attention goes to as far as mainstream media coverage and what not. Hell even Lucha Libre is more popular than boxing if you want to consider that a sport...

Puerto Ricans produce good fighters but Mexico has historically been superior, relax lol.

What country does Puerto Rico not give hardship? Puerto Rico has produced many great fighters, their fighters have defeated many greats from many different countries, not just Mexico.

It's always funny the comments that come out of threads like this one. I mean what's a Puerto Rican American? And who thinks boxing is the #1 sport in PR? Believe it or not kids would rather play baseball and basketball over getting punched in the face.

If cuban boxers were never banned then I think they would've been a country that holds alot of belts

                  Puerto Rico is U.S.

                  They have U.S Passports.

everyone who lives in this continent is an American.'You can be North american, central american or south american.

North americans are only trying to steal the name. (well, the ones living between Canada and Mexico)
