I have seen Donovan Dennis a few times now. He is a decent boxer & not a bad trialhorse. He lacks size but he is tall, a southpaw & throws all the punches. He can't take those big HW punches but he is always in shape & should get some more fights. Miller was 6lbs lighter this fight but he slowed down after the 3rd round. He had been a volume puncher up until this fight. He coasted & looked tired after the 3rd round. He got a second wind in the 7th & finished it. He does carry the weight pretty well but stamina looks like it will be an issue so he will have to work on that. He wasn't throwing to the body as much as his previous fights but Dennis' mobility might of had something to do with that. He is an interesting prospect. He can beat the trialhorses (D Level) but lets see him get in there with a decent C level journeyman like Fred Kassi or Kevin Johnson. There are some things he has going for him but stamina looks like an issue. In previous fights he was letting his hands go both to the body & head. As his opponents get better we will see what he is made of.
