Comments Thread For: Wladimir Klitschko-Tyson Fury Rematch Eyed For May Date

Tyson Fury's rematch with Wladimir Klitschko is being targeted for the month of May, according to uncle and trainer Peter Fury.

Fury (25-0, 18KOs) snatched the WBO/IBO/IBF/WBA world titles from Klitschko (64-4, 53KOs) last November in Dusseldorf. There was a rematch clause which is sending them back in the ring with each other.

Maybe wlad will realize fury can neutralize his jab and actually try something else.

will he be able to do that though?

Wlad has to come correct this time or he is done. Let's see if he can show some.diversity and more attack at his age.

Hope this fight is in UAE in sand land for big money paid

Hopefully the arabs in UAE get this Fury vs Wlad title fight and each fighter gets paid huge money for their efforts. Both fighters deserve huge rewards for their efforts and say like $25 million each. Plus a neutral site evens the playing field a lot. Look for a Wlad KO of the Fury though as Wlad threw the 1st fight and already collected mucho millions. Fury is great for boxing though and will entertain all those in sheets and turbans.

Wlad will pull out in late March with a "back injury" fight will be rescheduled for September. By then Haye will have a belt and Fury - Klitchko will be the Pacquaio - Bradley 3 of heavyweight.

Is one of them rehabbing an injury? Seems like it could've been sooner if not.

Fury wins again. To bad he won't fight bum squad next. Would love to see him knock that bum fighter out.
