'Cism shit aside, I thought the first fight was a entertaining scrap. Pascal had some moments, and landed some pretty good shots. As others have mentioned, the addition of Roach might add some wrinkles to Pascal's game.

Wasn't really hot on the rematch when it was first announced, but it's growing on me and I'll be tuning in.

No one can change history. The racial divide was a historic process and will not disappear no matter what.

Pascal has balls the size of watermelons, not only is he fighting Kovalev he is throwing out false demeaning allegations like the racist card. Good luck Pascal you're a warrior, but not even Freddie is going to be able to help you.

No, not the truth at all. Hopkins is a known racist. It's clear as day. There's no dis*****g it.

If you think you are better at something than another race because of your race, you're a racist.

Example: An average white person thinking he is smarter than an average black person simply because he's black makes him a racist, does it not?

What Hopkins believes is the exact same thing even if he was proven wrong, twice.

From your perspective I can see how you can interpret the comments that way.

I agree no one can change history, we can change whats to come, by acknowledging whats here in the present. The issues and improve on them, not acting like issues dont exist

If there were a hashtag movement for #RussianLivesMatter in the second world war things might be different

Being from the south and growing up in a place of high discrimination, police brutality, injustice to people of color etc....thats something that is the norm here

Think about it, I have aunts, uncles, cousins and my mom who were around for segregation and had ill dealings because of discimination and race.....you may not win trying to fight the police back, but the mindset down here is Ill be damned if a citizen(white) like me, is gonna kick my ass when their system has been kicking our ass for hundreds of years....sad but its true...we are all products of our environment

BHop and Kovalev probably both grew up with prejudiced ideas about people of other races, but learned different after boxing took them out of their home towns, mixing with people of all races and nationalities.

But when a fighter is talking trash about an opponent, or put under pressure of some kind, it's easy to revert back to old values and say something that doesn't reflect the person you became after growing up and aquiring some experience of life.

That's what I meant when I said I thought BHop and Kovalev understood each other. Their backgrounds are very different, but some of their experiences have probably been similar.
