For those complaining about Fury 'fighting for his own title', what's happening is that WBA interim champ Ortiz is fighting Ustinov and then the winner of Fury/Klitschko will be ordered to make a mandatory defense. On the other side of the bracket for this 'tournament' WBA regular Chagaev gets to have a voluntary defense before his court mandated rematch against Oquendo. Then they are ordering a WBA super vs WBA regular unification.
They aren't ordering Fury to fight in a series of "eliminators" and are still recognizing Fury as the WBA super champ.
