    Wilder has been ordered by the WBC to fulfill his mandatory against Povetkin next. He can't get out of that so obviously the Fury bout has to be down the line.

    But from where I'm sitting both Wilder-Povetkin or Wilder-Fury are two great fights that DiBella is going to be promoting. I fail to see why he would deserve criticism.

      I'm well aware of Povetkin being the mandatory and that being the next fight. The issue here is we are going to then see 3 - 4 empty defenses while they dangle that fight as a negotiation tool for networks. "Dare to be great" these are not two fighters in separate divisions, biggest money fight for either man. I'm too old at this point for all this dragging along of fights until there isn't another choice left.
