Sure they do...
Actually, they can and do. There are so many types of designer steroids out there that do "specific" things in addition to making you stronger and increasing your stamina. Ask Floyd if roids increase your reflexes, awareness, and your speed. Ask Barry Bonds, Sammy Sosa, and Mark McGuire. Ask Lance Armstrong as well. It seems like Floyd was impressed with his methods of using roids and followed his blue print, exactly. From vampire facials to using roids that increase reflexes, awareness, and speed. Roids also speed up recovery times and mask soreness of the joints and muscles.Comment

See...
Roids increase everything to do with performance. Hand/eye coordination, hand-speed, power in running/moving, awareness you can see everything. In Cycling, this is very important for endurance races. In Baseball, some players have faster bat speeds than others and when they use roids, it becomes other-worldly. Barry Bonds/MM/SS, etc. It's tricky and sometimes, you cannot tell in certain sports until the evidence comes out.Comment

There is a little substance in some of what you attribute to steroids. Apparently some do have a small carryover effect onto nervous system functiion, although that is not the main effect or the primary reason why athletes use them.Actually, they can and do. However there are plenty of other PEDs that specifically target the nervous system and thereby can assist with reflexes and awareness.Comment

I would be interested in specific details of what that "additional testing" actually consisted of and who conducted it.
I would be surprised if it was truly random or particularly comprehensive.Comment

I know it was only 2 minutes, but he looked damn good. Like his stance, physique, power, movement... they all looked on point. Looked like a Gears Of War character.Comment
