Comments Thread For: Wilder Would Love To See Mayweather-Pacquiao Rematch

World Boxing Council heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder says even though people will disagree, he’d like to see a rematch between unbeaten pound for pound king Floyd Mayweather Jr (now retired) and eight division world champion Manny Pacquiao, who announced that his third fight against Timothy “Desert Storm” Bradley at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 9 will be his farewell bout.

No way in Hell would Pedcheater Jr fight an uninjured Pacquiao. Plus there's no way Pac would sign another confidentiality agreement about Pedcheater Jr's drug test results.

Manny would sign a contract that made him wear a dress every day for a month prior to the fight. He'll sign anything to get that payday again.

I don't want to have to see Manny making excuses again. I would rather see Deontay Fight Povetkin!

People also tend to forget Manny is a very small welterweight. Floyd would've never fought anybody who towered over him and had the power, chin and non stop relentlessness like Margs. Even with the catch weight Margs looked good in that fight, he showed no signs of weakness or fatigue. Manny was just on beast mode in those days. Anybody not named Manny at his size would've never past 135 as champ. This guy's definitely an all time great.

I believe everyone w'd like to see that happen again at heart, but conditions seems to be inappropriate.

Hell yeah he would. Easy work, easy money. Manny broke all PPV records in their first fight. Fraud Pedecheater Jr showed in the Berto "fight" how many of those PPV numbers he brought to the Pac fight.

Floyd v GGG would be better for Floyd legacy wise. People are just forgetting about Floyd now. Floyd's fans hope his lrgsacy will grow in time but that's clearly not going to happen. Not enough talking points in his fights. Nothing exciting or Floyd nrvrt took risks of any serious degree

But PAC rematch would be OK beating 2 arm PAC this time
