Another one of the useless posters on this site...Yeah it was Postols clinching that beat Lucas, just like it was Garcia's low blows....Lucas is a B level fighter who was beaten by better men..get over it

Postol vs Crawford is the biggest fight in the division after Crawford vs Broner and only a fool who doesn't enjoy boxing would complain about it.

So Roach..A part of Manny's team(the one who is consulted on opponents) has to be lying because another member of Manny's team said so....

How about Arum controls both guys and decided not to have his cashcow fight his future cashcow.

too big of a risk, as roach mention, it seems arum still have plans for manny to fight on a few more. arum is not gonna throw crawford to manny just yet, pac is on the decline but still fire out live rounds. i never said crawford turn it down. im saying arum prolly didnt even try to make this fight lol. he was just using crawford's name because it will look foolish of him if he can only offer bradley to manny. so he's doing this to make the public think that there is 2-3 fighters lined up to get a shot at manny when all along it was going to be manny vs bradley 3.

arum already had everything planned out. he's just using these other names to get people to start talking about this pac fight coming up. if there's names like crawford, khan, broner involved, people is gonna start thinking maybe after the 3rd fight with bradley, manny will get to fight one of those other guys being mention. this way, people will tune in to see how the 3rd fight plays out because now they wanna see manny vs broner, or khan or crawford next, in return arum makes money.

it's entirely possible that arum wants to make sure pacquiao is completely done before he risks his "next big thing" against him

i'm of the opinion that a pacquiao with anything left in the tank would waste crawford

              Pacquiao would've pummeled him.

Crawford needs a couple B-level fights at 147 before fighting anybody in the top 10 there.
I don't understand: if Crawford was the "real deal", then Pacman should have passed him the torch... right?

fighters turn down career high paydays all the time. so that in and of itself wouldn't be a reason to believe anything one way or the other.

just like what the canelo fans said after he lost to floyd. still too green, and that if the fight takes place 2-3 years later, it would be completely different. Crawford could very well beat manny, just not yet. or if he beats manny now, he'll prolly take more damage than if the fight happens a year later or so. by then manny will decline even more, less threat. its just not a smart move for bob to make this fight now. bob is not desperate yet.

Considering this came from Roach, I'm inclined to agree.

not that i believe anything roach said, but crawford is still young with a promising career. this wont be his "career high payday" as he still have a good future ahead. most of the guys u see taking that pay day is guys on their way out or guys who know they will never make that kinda money but got picked as a cherry pick fight so they jump on that opportunity. The future still looks promising for crawford, im not saying that he turned it down, im just listing reasons that could be why.
