FFS. I don't even know what to say. I watched the video thinking the headline might be misleading, thinking it had to be misleading, but nope. He actually said Thurman and Porter doesn't make sense because they can make money fighting easier fights and someone might lose.

There is almost no professional pride in boxing anymore. Everyone's content to call themselves the best and never prove it than actually fight each other.

Thurman and porter need each other.

They are not that well known.

"Haymon is good for boxing doe!" This is the same mindset in which Haymon operates.

Absolutely disgusting. I lose interest due to a combination of: Floyd having to be FORCED into fighting Manny after years and years of blatant ducking, then the robberies came quick and fast culminating in Garcia-Herrera and then to top it off ADRIAN ****ING BRONER managed to swing a 3 pound weight cut on Shawn Porter.

After that Broner Porter debacle i'd had enough. I'm in full semi-fan mode now, only tune in for big fights.

This is the reason people don't believe in the PBC project. They have taken cherrypicking and mismatches to new levels. It's hard to take seriously the notion that the further spread of these practices is going to be great for the sport.

And these Haymon fanatics are still trying to convince everyone otherwise.

Before I clicked the video, I assume it was just people taking what he said out of context..... nope... pretty much word for fucking word

Same here! Boxing has turned into a political soap opera where you're actually praised nowadays for avoiding dangerous fights.

I'm very selective with what PPV fights I purchase nowadays. I didn't buy floyd/berto. Wont be buying Pac/Bradley III, and unless Canelo is facing GGG in his next ppv fight I won't be buying that one either. The only fights that interest me at the moment are Ward/Kovalev, Thurman/Porter and Canelo/GGG.

I'm more than likely to buy a UFC PPV than a boxing PPV this year.

Pac/bradley III card is bad.... I usually buy it and have people over, nahhh... i'm either going to somebody's or i'm streaming.
                      Then nothing good...
                      UFC already popping with McGreggor/RDA
