Lol, he even wouldnt beat Mayweather or make the fight competitive! Floyd's style is basically him landing at will, and you not touching a damn thang!

SRL is from an outdated era, and I see him basically being a taller, bigger, albeit less skilled version of Floyd!

A guy like that is NEVER going to outbox Floyd, or rough him up! Which is basically what he's going to try to do!

And personality wise, he's going to take the fight to serious, and Floyd is going look at it as just another fight!

SRL is just going to walk arournd the ring with earmuffs, while Floyd does Floyd!

Floyd makes every opponent do the same thing! I dont see why SRL is going to transform to anything other than what he already is, and end up doing something that will trouble Floyd.

He's going to be him and Floyd is going to be Floyd, which is trouble for SRL, and another display of mastery by Mayweather!

In beating Benitez and Hearns at welterweight, Leonard answered most stylistic challenges than can ever be levelled against him. Admittedly it took a knockout to beat Hearns when he was being outboxed but he gets heart points for that. Hearns is almost unbeatable as a welterweight. The only one who properly beat him was the more experienced Duran, who was just too skilled in the pocket for Leonard to impose his will on him.

Destroy, you mean like Ko or stop, no.

But I can easily see him winning 8 rounds to 4 or maybe 9-3.
I know he had problems with lesser boxers, but Ray style is something Floyd has never faced.

A tall, slick, faster hand speed, counter puncher, with POWER, with better overall defense "not the best" than anyone else Floyd has faced.

Manny would also be easy work, along with Cotto, Mosley and the other fighters of that generation.

Leonard is not overrated. Underrated sometimes, but rarely overrated.

            He's not overrated.
His resume and wins over greats speaks for themselves. He's a legit ATG.

SRL would clean out the current WW division.

Your talking out your ass son..mayweather would give up reach..he would give up his natural speed advantage and he would give up every physical advantages including height...his power would not trouble Leonard ...Judah touched mayweather all night...maidana out jabbed Floyd and so did Oscar...what the hell you talking about...a 130lb midget in mayweather who's only attribute is to shoulder roll and avoid punches beating a natural 147 ATG who has already gave his papa a good old beating ... Mayweather would not survive what Leonard would unload on him

This is down right one of the dumbest post in recent times and just exposed you as a big time fan boy... Who doesn't know sh** about boxing or history of the sport. I myself didn't grow up with Leonard but I've seen enough tape to say, Leonard would be Mayweathers greatest test which he very well could have lost or been KO'ed. Leonard didn't just posses Speed, Technique, Footwork, And a great Boxing IQ but also possessed great power for his size.
