I think him and Brook will take a series of soft touches to build up a future fight.

Porter it Thurman would be a huge step up for sure...but spence would've beaten Guerrero shortly after he turned pro 3 years ago

Khan been so inactive there's no buzz for him right now. He hasn't been in a meaningful fight since Garcia knocked him out.

Khan has been so inactive that even Ward fought more recently than him.

This guy is with Al Haymon, every Haymon fighter is getting fights except Khan. It's obvious that Khan is turning down options given to him. Cause when you are with Haymon, you are on TV getting fights.

He's financially very secure (I'm fairly sure) and has been boxing since he was a kid. He's at the cash out stage now where he can only be stuffed going through a hard camp for a big money fight.

The same as cotto, floyd, manny etc except khan has done way less obviously, but he's somehow managed to get paid very well so well done to him lol

I have actually thought this about Khan. If he truly cared about legacy and leaving a mark on the game then he would be making different moves and have a different attitude for sure.

He maybe is aware that regardless of how good he gets, how great he performs, he is one punch away from it all falling down. Yes, in boxing anybody is one shot away from losing, anybody...But I get the feeling from Khan that he doesn't want to risk that anymore because he is particularly vulnerable and he knows that. As you said, unless it is for the right price, not the right historical imprint, I agree.
