Would Andre Ward's Jab to the Body Work on Golovkin?

Seeing as how Golovkin is shorter and tends to block the jab with his right hand up and down, I think it might be difficult for Ward to land that hard jab downstairs. Any thoughts?

At first, will land for sure. But after the rounds go, golovkin Jab is going to start landing and Ward will be busy with that.

    IMO

Look for the uppercuts that wobbled Rubio, Rosado and Monroe.

For anyone to beat GGG, they will have to change up their game plan on the fly. Don't give him a chance to study and adapt to their mannerisms. If they start getting repetitive they will pay a price fairly quickly.

GGG is a much better fighter than many on here give him credit for. He is on the short list of complete fighters in the sport.

yeah i hate how highlights show the KD punches but rarely ever show the ones that actually lead up to it.

At first for sure but Golovkin isn't the sort of basic fighter who wouldn't adjust to that. Ward has a lot of tools at his disposal. Although I'm fairly sure he'd beat Golovkin he'd bring a lot out of him too.

Would've been difficult to do early but I think Ward is much faster and that's key. Monroe was faster than GGG which is partially why he was landing a lot more leather than past opponent's.
Shame we'll never get to see it thanks to HBO, Wards need of a tune up, and that loudmouth Sanchez.
Ward should get more respect for fighting better opposition and pushing himself to be great while GGG middles with possibly only 1 solid win after 35 years old. Smh
