Pretty good performance by Ward especially early on. Wasn't thrilled with Barrera, he seemed so slow at times and barely put anything on his punches. Ward is in another class though so I won't be too critical, not much he could do and he lacks the pro experience to go straight into a Ward fight like that.

Decent fight. I really hope Kovalev happens next but this is boxing so who am I kidding.

I'm glad Ward got by Barrera though, it's been almost 3 years since he fought a top guy so this is pretty good to beat a boxer with good amateur experience, and a good pro record so widely. Hopefully we get the big fight later this year.
