Ok you will have to upload from the Internet but it is quite easy
Ok use your laptop or computer....use google chrome to view images on the Internet of what you want to post
Ok once you have found the image open the image up to the full size, right click on image and click copy image address.
Now go back into the forum and the thread you want to quote on...on the screen where you reply just above to the right is a small caption that look like an image of moon and mountain on it.
Click on it and you will have the option to paste the photo you copied from Google chrome.
But make sure you press the x so you remove the http (it's in blue) first as the copied image already has the http on already......BS should be more helpful with this to members....hope it helps fella
