Straight up truth, ****ing annoying. The problem is that all these dudes want to get paid top dollar for no work. Everyone wanting a handout, wanting to take the easy way out. Boxing used to mean proving you were the best, taking on challenges.....now it's just a bunch of scared dudes wanting to get rich without taking a punch.Comment

We already knew this.
He's been avoiding this fight for years citing several different reasons:
1. He needs a world title first
2. He doesn't show me any respect
3. I need time to prepare for Ramadan
4. Beat Porter and we'll fight
5. He wants bigger names - then fights Algieri
6. Doesn't want to give Brook a payday
He doesn't want it. He's content fighting bums and making decent money for doing so.Comment

Get Brooks knob out of your mouth.
Kells team clearly don't want the fight.
Khan now says he wants it, his team have had various dealings with Eddie - as confirmed by Eddie and now some old story about Khan being difficult pops out of nowhere on Sky?
Kell rather fight bums in Sheffield mecca bingo halls for the next 2 years.
What is Bazza and Sky trying to achieve with mouthing off just as Eddie said Khan is meeting up with him this month?
Someone's bluff is being called outLast edited by FrankieBruno; 01-04-2016, 06:16 AM.Comment

So you are conveniently ignoring this interview was done before the Pac Bradley fight was announced, but somehow ends up on Sky now.We already knew this.

Here is whats happened
Khan is down for the fight, his team have been in contact with Eddie.
Eddie admitted Khan called him and said he wants the fight in the Summer (this year). Eddie also admitted Khans team had contacted him twice and asked Eddie to forward the logistics/financial details, and Eddie pointed he hadnt got around to doing it.
After Eddie sent over the details 2 weeks later than scheduled, Khans team had been in further contact with Eddie boy, a meeting has been scheduled this month to iron out the final details
and now out of nowhere Bazza starts mouthing off, old stories and videos pop up on Sky
Someone doesnt want the fight and it's not Khan who is getting cold feet.
Brooks not going to change a habit of a lifetime, 35 fights and 34 bums.
Bazza is using the old Arum tactics. Its a shame Brook aint with Al Haymon.
One has to wonder why Bazza is talking, when it's his son who is incharge.Last edited by FrankieBruno; 01-04-2016, 06:23 AM.Comment

The situation is perfectly clear and has been for years, Khan has been avoiding this fight and has said so publicly many times, via countless different excuses.
Him going to meet with Eddie Hearn changes nothing. I fully expect after their 'meeting' Khan will come away with something else about disrespect or better options and we'll be back to the start.
Unless there's a major change and we actually get some progress, it's the same situation we've had for the last several years.Comment
