This whole thing is a disgrace. Why would Theophane even be considered a legit opponent for a championship fight? When Broner was being interviewed after beating an unknown for a championship belt and he took his glasses off to call someone out, I thought it would be someone legit. Then he mentioned Theophane who nobody knows or cares. SMH trying to cherry pick his fights now.

Broner is a world-class fighter, not that nice as a person, apparently, but he is a better fighter than Theophane, who is not and has never been a contender, nothing else to sayBritish contender Ashley Theophane is hitting back at WBA junior welterweight champion Adrien 'The Problem' Broner.
Theophane (39-6-1, 11KOs) took offense after Broner (31-2, 23KOs) promised to 'beat the ****' out of him and branded him as an 'easy money' fight.
Broner loves playing the role of a villain, which is why Theophane says he's been receiving a lot of support from fans, and people in the industry, who want to see him unseat 'The Problem' from his championship throne.

The real question should be how Adrien Bronner can be associated with any championship belt. This guy collects low hanging fruit and paper titles...He has never beat a very good fighter in a convincing way yet somehow gets championships...this is everything that is wrong with boxing. I hope Theopane puts Bronner out of our misery...I doubt it though. If Theo wins Bronner will find some obscure championship belt held by the likes of charlie Z to fight for and he will once again claim to be a champion.
I will say this for Adrien: He looks great getting punched in the face, his mug was made to get a fist put into it. When he is getting his azz beat there is something right happening in the world!Comment

Absolutely true. Same with Paulie...pick a beef with a guy who is not a threat to stretch you, and also has a belt up for grabs, how convenient. I would not put it past big headed Adrien to have deliberately **** on control freak Bob Arum by revealing the fight negotiations, knowing full well that Pac would have hurt him bad.
I think Porter let Bronner see he isn't going anywhere when he comes up against people who are good, physical fighters who train hard...Adrien now makes sure he beefs with the right guys to call out and show what a badazz he is...it will be funny if this Brit manages to take Bronner late and drown him. I doubt Bronner traines seriously for this fight, unless one considers getting arrested for not paying bar tabs as training.Comment

Yeah what I'm not liking is this "beef" a lot of times is someone accusing the other of PED's. That act is old already man.Absolutely true.
