Agreed! Champion was rubbish and felt more like Street Fighter Turbo. The boxers were mostly too fast, punches looked like wild swings and all the tactical touches from FN 2-4 went out the window.

FN4 should be the blue print for every boxing title. Obviously add in a story mode but keep the central game play with improved physics and in fighting and we have a winner.

Maybe add in a manager/promoter mode.

They should develop the career modes more like they did with madden and ncaa
