LOL very true. I find it sorta comical at this point tbh. As a fan of PBC & more importantly of what it could become & how it could be a game changer for boxing if successful I'm just sitting back & enjoying this ride. Regardless of if its a winning formula for long term success or not I think this time will result directly (via PBC) or indirectly (via encouraging more guys in boxing to form a similar web as Haymon has or encourage more guys out of boxing how with improved strategies how they could make boxing a more unified sport).

I take some comfort in that these same people would probably think HBO boxing going from a entity that was only showing 1-5 fights a year for nearly its first decade to what it is now as impossible & would have been negative towards HBO back in the day to. There are a lot of shortsighted & horribly biased boxing fans out there that just hate anything new, but they are also lazy & conformist enough to support those same things they hated once a certain threshold of popularity is reached + just f#cking love boxing & are gonna watch boxing on TV regardless so those fans hold little importance to anyone making money in boxing.

They lose a ton of potential viewers by going head to head with a gigantic fight like that UFC one. It it was some average/mediocre UFC PPV then it wouldn't matter much.
