Selimov has had success since he was at least 20 years old, so it's not like he's taking advantage of younger fighters. When he was their age he was still whooping ass and even got a Gold medal at a World Championships at the age of 21.
Professional boxing just wasn't meant for him.

Keep an eye on Balderas though. He seems to have good pop.
Getting beat by Selimov is nothing to be embarrassed about.
