The clear bet here is that the loser is sleeping when this fight ends.

And least we forget Ryabinsky paid out the ass for the Povetkin vs Klitschko fight & Povetkin only got 1 round on each judges card so idk about a robbery. You'd think if he could buy the fight he could at least buy one judge or worst case 2 rounds. Being robbed seems as likely or unlikely as anywhere else or certainly between the US & Russia that appears to be the case.
idk if we can trust povetkin in his back yards..his body transformation is real...look at the news about teper coming out..germany and russia are by far the worst and i really think this can stop a fight...i would be mad, but i would understand..povetkin is very suspect if u ask me...he couldnt stop a cruiser in huck..actually lost..now he's this machine vs all top talented hw's

ryabinsky has said that he'd be happy host the fight in the USA if he won the purse bid. he doesn't seem difficult to negotiate with, it's just that haymon hadn't picked up the phone until now

Agree, up until surpassing Fury. Noway Jose.

bro performance means something..we just saw jenning ktfo by a guy who has not one huge name on his resume..but jennings with 12 rounds and could have went 12 days with klit...tyson beat a old washed up man and threws 7 real power punches the entire fight and klit had the worst effort i ever saw in boxing..fury's resume doenst hold any weight vs povetkins imo..if he stops and drops wilder he is my number 1 ww..

Yea I can understand you taking that stance. Fwiw I was talking about the decision angle with the backyard venue stuff.

I think the PED angle you are bringing up is a much more legit angle & for that I'd just suggest they bring in testing as early as possible. Thats about all you can do there & thats about all you can do in general these days with a subpar testing setup like boxing has.

I think there is potential for there to be enough money at stake, with PBC/Haymon & World of Boxing/Ryabinsky involved, fighting a guy on PEDs isn't a problem tbqh. As effed up as that might sound its the truth. PEDs don't give you superpowers. I do tend to think this fight is even enough where PEDs could in theory decide the winner, but if these guys are splitting $12M-$15M as I think they could be then is taking your first or second L to a potential PED user THAT big a deal? I say no.

Povetkin is a flat footed plodder, but has some good skills and power, and I think he will beat Wilder by KO, and have never said anything different. But that won't put him ahead of Fury. To become #1, he would need to beat Fury, which I don't see him doing.

I've been researching Ryabinsky more & looking into his history & he seems to be a more sensible guy than people wanna make him out to be. The fact the thing he is most known for is the crazy Klitschko vs Povetkin purse bid situation has given off a false impression of what he's usually about.

I'm kinda hoping Haymon & Ryabinsky join forces. With Haymon's full frontal attack plan on boxing's status quo & Ryabinsky's bankroll they could take over the sport in about half the time Haymon could do it on his own & with probably a quarter of the risk.

lord wat makes u think fury is special with that terrible chin and those slappy shots..he did nothing but outpoint long reigning champion of circumstances..klit had no competition in the division and the person he did have was his brother..his earlier losses tell the story..the man was a bum holding machine with power..
klit has been askin to lose every since povetkin exposed his jab grab style..it just need someone long enough finally that could land a jab...tyson didnt do anythign special..if povektin ko's wilder see him beat hte bigger man and his resume is ****ing stacked and besides one fight..their all W's...
tyson might be lineal, but to me without he wouldnt be ranked higher.

Fury is the heavyweight champion of the world, and also the #1 heavyweight, until someone knocks him off.

You say terrible chin, but there isn't any truth there. You only say that because he got knocked down by Steve Cunningham who doesn't have a big knockout percentage.

He was clowning and not respecting his opponent, and got caught with a huge overhand right.

You have to actually look at fights and analyze them with your eyes. Boxing is not a mathematics contest.

It's also a pretty funny read you have there. Did Povetkin even win a round against Wlad.? Oh, but of course, Fury was able to beat him, because Povetkin had exposed him. Wlad. dominated that fight. It wasn't a close fight at all.

And are you new to boxing? Wlad. has been jab and grabbing for years, and you would have to be blind to not recognize it.
