#ThurmanPorter is 3/12 on CBS but it's not being branded as a PBC fight. It's being branded "Showtime #Boxing on CBS." No undercard set yet.

According to CBS, #ThurmanPorter will be the first primetime #boxing event on the network since Ali-Spinks I in 1978.

Porter is going down. Will one of you fake Porter fans confirm a sign bet already sheesh

I think it will be marketed as both, but in a way who cares? As long as the card happens lol.

I just don't see a scenario in which it isn't a great fight. My early FOTY candidate and it hasn't even happened yet.

I like both guys but I just don't see anyway Porter can win this fight. He's gonna try and make it dirty and pull Thurman into a clinch game and fight inside.

Thurman is more athletic and can easily counter punch him, not to mention he is the only one in the fight that carries real power. He's not gonna outbox Thurman. I just see too may advantages for Thurman.

I got Porter by decision. Not a confident call on my part though, Thurman could just as easily win.

But I doubt either of them are getting stopped. I am waiting to see what the over/under is because the over feels pretty safe to me.

Exactly this. Porter's not going up against Broner this time. I don't think Thurman stops Porter, but I don't see anything other than a decision victory over 12 for One Time. Porter outboxed Broner only because Broner didn't half try for 11 rounds.

The only fight where Porter has looked impressive (IMO) is against Malignaggi...and that's not a high bar to get over.
