Corrected it for you, goon who doesn't even promote anyone on the broadcast.“There has not been a heavyweight title fight in Brooklyn in 115 years. On Jan. 16, there will be two paper title fights,” said Promoter Lou DiBella of DiBella Entertainment.Comment

Once again, why the fk is this card not on regular free tv? 2 heavyweight championship fights on one card... If joe public is gonna watch a fight he will watch a heavyweight title fight. They may not be fantastic match ups but still should be on OTA television IMO

this is actually a pretty good card to bad the fights are not opposite but oh well hopefully sets up a possible unificationComment

That's a complete and utter lie. There were tickets for as cheap as 25 bucks a week before GGG-Lemieux. I would know I'm from NYC and fully planned on going if no for extenuating circumstances.Comment

Is this a complete and utter lie too?
While tickets for the middleweight unification bout on October 17th don't officially go on sale till Wednesday, it's been a robust pre-sale in regards to the fight between Gennady Golovkin and David Lemieux who duke it out at the famed Madison Square Garden.
The ticket prices for Golovkin/Lemieux were widely reported. You don't need to live in NY and shoulda, coulda but didn't go to the fight to be able to read them and know that $50 is double, not half of, $25. So stfu.Comment
