When posters point things like this out when discussing PBC shows, you dismiss it. Now, you want these things factored in.

Come on man, can't you have just one standard and not 2 different ones?

When has PBC gone head to head with NFL? You Haymon defenders say dumb shyt like PBC went head to head with WNBA that's why it flopped in the ratings. That's a legit debate I had with some of you guys lol NFL destroys every major sporting event that's just a fact. All of them head to head lose badly. Boxing is no different. PBC pulls crap ratings NO MATTER WHAT it goes head to head. NBC Primetime has dipped each show since it debut. HBO has been consistent and dominant basically all year pulling great ratings except the last show of the year a Boxing After Dark show that went head to head with NFL and it wasn't a meaningless game Jets fighting for the playoffs, the entire country is in the playoffs for their fantasy leagues. So even if you ain't from New York or Dallas you still glued to the TV just to for fantasy points alone.

HBO flopped last weekend no denying or sugar coating it. Just pointing out why they flopped. Difference is you PBC defenders are in total denial that they have been flopping for damn near the second half of the entire year. One is a pattern of flopping and bad tv ratings.

Speak of the devil this is the H0e who actually had a debate that a PBC card on ESPN that flopped was due to a WNBA game it went head to head with on ESPN2. hahahaha

you can't come back and say the nfl had no affect on hbo ratings after saying the wnba affected pbc's ratings. that's some hilarious hypocrisy. it's comedy gold except you are serious and don't even realize what you are doing. that makes it even funnier!

I dismiss it because it's a trend that regardless what sporting event is going on PBC pulls crap ratings. That's just a fact. The trend has been going on for more then 6 months now. Each NBC Primetime card has dropped in ratings since it's debut. What trend do we have of HBO pulling crap ratings like this? Let alone a alarming trend like we are seeing in PBC? None. I already said HBO took the Loss it flopped. It was foolish to schedule this card that went head to head with NFL Saturday Night Football.

FYI In that same thread I linked you have another Haymon nut hugger saying that the spike card later that week would pull a 800-1mil rating because it wasn't going head to head with any big sports. Yet that same card ended up doing 300k rating.

At this point if you think PBC is pulling crap ratings because it's going head to head with other sports you are just an idiot. Nights when there ain't nothing major going on it still draws bad tv ratings. PBC has aired all year but after the 10th flop using that excuse falls on deaf ears. HBO pulled great ratings all year long 1mil or more basically every fight out and one they go up with NFL they bombed. One is a blimp on the radar the other is a damn pattern/trend.
