Actually i'm glad Fury beat him convincingly on points. Had he knocked him out we would have heard "it was a lucky shot" or people saying Klitschko has never had a good chin etc.. But there's no excuse now, Fury was just better in every department all night.
Anyway i just can't see what Wlad is going to do different at 40 years of age. He has fought the same way for 10 years, it's muscle memory now. He can go through camp with all the best intention of letting his hands go more and things like that and we'll here about how he's doing it in sparring but when the bell rings on fight night, he will revert to type. It's the only thing he knows. He's not going to be adding new strings to his bow at 40 year old, he's not going to get any better, just worse. He's only human.
Anyway he was a great champion but he's had his time and now it's a new era. He just ran into a young guy who is also bigger and a stylistic nightmare for him in terms of boxing skills. It happens to the best of 'em.

Klitschko developed his safe, smart style and utilised all of his advantages to the maximum, but when he's forced into it he does have a serious arsenal. The few shots he landed on Fury were the best quality of the fight; but between his age, the years he's settled into his style and his mentality of taking zero risks- he'd have to take that risk, stay in there and make it all or nothing in the rematch. If he does that, I'd give him a good chance of regaining his title, but I'm not convinced that is in his make up.
Unspectacular as it was I have to admit I found their first encounter quite absorbing. Not one to watch multiple times but intriguing at the time.

So let's get this straight.. When your old favourite fighters make claims that are OBVIOUSLY false, we are supposed to believe their words for gospel.
But when a fighter like Holyfield makes comments like Wladimir being able to beat Fury in a rematch and Pac really beating Floyd, which are actually backed up by substantial evidence, SUDDENLY he is a crack head?
Double standards..
And NUT BAGGERY!

There was no substantial evidence for Pacquaio winning the fight, if there was the decision would have been over turned by the commmision or an investigation would have been launched into the fight atleast - neither happened. Fury dominated Klitschko, there was no point where he was in trouble or where the fight was in doubt. Fury is much better then Klitschko and would beat him down again with ease.Last edited by kiDynamite92; 12-21-2015, 09:32 PM.
