This IS the most logical fight given DLH will not let Nelo fight GGG in the next year or so.

So shouldn't he now be 15 months away for a GGG, smdh.

I heard Rasado called Canelo out as well. If you couldn't beat Lemeaux or GGG, how are you going to beat Canelo?????????? You can't!!!
When did yall become such huge GGG fans?

Let Saunders have his 18 months, he's not ripe yet.

The guys not fighting GGG aren't good enough to beat him. They know that so why should we be demanding to see that? BJ Saunders has 3 options:

          1. Get ktfo'd for a million give or take
          2. Lose to Canelo for a couple million more
          3. Defend the title, generate steady income for the next couple years with a big cash out when he feels he's running out of gas.

And Jacobs is in a similar situation. That's how these guys think. They don't want to be the best. He's not even going to try and win if he gets the GGG fight. He's going to box a few rounds then go home fat and happy.
Well I'm not a belt guy. Some I'm definitely not rating Saunders and Jacobs where I have them based on belts. Its based on their records, combined with who they've beaten. Saunders is undefeated, has beaten Eubank, and just beat Lee. Jacobs has the KO loss to Pirog. But, he just blew out an undefeated Quillen. In comparison, Johnson has been beaten by a GGG victim. Plus he doesn't have a win thd quality of a Lee or a Quillen. Heiland has four loses, without the quality W. And in GGG's defense. Guys like Saunders and Jacobs are apart of what it takes to clean out a division. THEE fight is Canelo. But if that's not next, a Jacobs or a Saunders is the logical next crop of guys. In a perfect world, Nelo-GGG woild be next for those two guys. And Jacobs-Saunders would be next for those guys to crown an legitimate #1 contender for the Nelo-GGG winner. But this isn't a perfect world. And for GGG. If he can't get Nelo, the logical next move is the guys right below Ginger.

This post was about Saunders saying he's ready for Canelo but not GGG. I've been a GGG fan! I've never said anything about him that wasn't true. If he fights Canelo though, I am rooting for Canelo all day!

Boxers know where they need to be to even try to defeat Ggg not like some posters on here. Canelo should jump on this fight and have even more leverage.

Funny, it seems all the middleweights are 18 months from being ready for Golovkin.

It bothers me that BJS is a champion and unwilling to fight another champion. Having said that I will admit that's it's nice to see a guy who can't win basically admit he can't win.

I agree but someone needs to tell this kid not to express his decision making so publicly

But then again at least he doesn't "lie to the fans"

It's an english thing, these guys are honest people, for example Calzaghe and Eubank's ducking of Roy Jones. Saunders would only fight Golovkin for the crown ***els.
