He is now my favorite of the current top heavyweights.

Ortiz has the complete package. The the top heavies are at the top because they have size and/or brawn...but none of them come close to Ortiz's all-round talent and skills and he has plenty of size and power to deal with the biggest of them. He also has loads of top level amateur experience with over 350 fights and moves really well for a big guy. He has a thick short neck made for the division as well.

He's way more entertaining to watch than any of the other heavies and outclasses everyone. The biggest challenge he faces now is getting top tier guys to fight him...I can't see anyone who'd want to.

It's going to be tough for Ortiz to get a big fight. Most, if not all, of the HW contenders that fight in America are with Haymon/PBC, and the overseas guys have bigger money fights with each other. But I would like to see him with any HW contender, really...

Ortiz has the oldest face I've ever seen. I swear the man is pushing 60. Seeing grandpa dismantle someone is kinda fantastic.

He is in line for the WBA title as the interim champion. Which one is the question, Fury's or will he be steered first towards Ruslan Chagaev's "regular" WBA title first?

Not sold by this big lump, Jennings is a mediocre punching HW. I think Ortiz gets KO'd by fat Erkan Teper and beat by UD against Povetkin

Mike Perez changed after what happened with Mago. Its a shame, but things like that effect the fighter that wasn't hurt as well.

He turned into a guy much less willing to engage.
