I hope Joshua team are not ****** enough to put him in with Haye at the moment, Joshua needs to concentrate on improving first, Haye for all his drama has a big punch with speed, he has a ****ty stamina doe which would work for someone like Joshua, but it doesn't make sense to throw him in with someone like Haye at the moment.

At this point, yes, but Joshua is still a super green prospect. No need to rush the kid, give him a few years and step up opponents and he'll be ready to snatch the belts from whoever.Comment

One clean bomb from Haye and that fight is over.
I think AJ can beat most of the HW division, but in against the fastest guy at HW (in terms of hand speed, foot speed and reflexes) who also happens to be a good counter puncher with massive power...it's not a bad match-up.Comment

Do people really think that the Gayemaker is the same fighter that he was when he fought Klitschko etc? His style is based on speed and reactions. The guy is 35, and has been out of action for 3 years. He's supposedly recovered from a career threatening shoulder injury.
Remember at the time he claimed he couldn't even have a wank, let alone throw a punch. He has no love for the sport, he blew up massively and has only recently lost the weight. He has bags under his eyes and generally looks like ****.
Haye is back because he's broke. Joshua wrecks him right now.Comment

I'd wank him off for free.Comment

Well, no. :P
“At the moment I can’t throw a punch, so hopefully in a few months I’ll be able to throw one. My shoulder’s bad enough that I can’t even run yet. That shows you how far away I am from being able to punch.”

I think people seriously need to wait and see how he performs against de Mori before predicting all these mythical victories for him against today's active heavies. I get the feeling everyone still bigging up Haye is going to have a lot of egg on their faces once they see how far he's fallen off his peak.
If I'm wrong I'll gladly bump this post and invite you all to laugh at me.Comment

Exactly. If Haye is anywhere near the fighter he was pre-layoff I'd be extremely surprised. He looked like a homeless bum in the comeback presser and had wrinkled bags under his eyes like he hadn't slept in days. It's clear he's not been treating his body well and coupled with the injuries (assuming they were legit in the first place) and the general don't-give-a-toss vibe he's giving out I don't expect anything but disappointment.

He achieved nothing at HW. He stunk out the place against Valuev, one of the worst fights that I've ever seen. Haye barely sc****d a decision and spent most of the night running away from him. The same Valuev who in the fight before Haye was soundly beaten by the corpse of Evander Holyfield.
KO'd Tyson Fury's leftovers in Dereck Chisora, but was struggling and starting to gas before he landed the punch(s)
Wins over Audley, Barrett, Ruiz, all of whom are bums.
Shut out by Wladimir Klitschko.
In his prime he was quick, explosive and could punch as hard as anyone, but he's always lacked one major attribute, heart.Comment

So he just had to let the jizz dry in there....Comment
