Cruiserweight is by far the most stacked division. There's no debating it, really. So many competitive fights. You never know who's going to win on any given night. That's the way boxing should be. Pity it's so underexposed in the States.

Since the thread doesn't explicitly state which division the OPs referring to we should all just assume we're talking about Cruiserweight anyway.Comment

Negative sir, 130lbs is the most competitive division in boxing. 147 may have the popular names but SFW is far more competitive.Welterweight is the most stacked division in boxing currently I could easily name 15 boxers who could fight each other in competitive fights.
Top 15 Welterweight IMO
1.Kell Brook
2.Manny Pacquiao
3.Keith Thurman
4.Tim Bradley
5.Amir Khan
6.Danny Garcia
7.Shawn Porter
8.Errol Spence
9.Sammy Vasquez
10.Sadam Ali
11.Andre Berto
12.Diego Chaves
13.Lamont Peterson
14.Jessie Vargas
15.Josesito Lopez
??.Adrien Broner(Maybe Returns to 147)
??.Omar Figueroa/Jose Benavides(fought at 150s last fight)Comment

Is there really any such thing as a most loaded division. Welterweight is the more popular division because their showcased more often. But I don't anything outright better about the fighters at Welterweight than other divisions they're just more popular.
But my two favorite divisions currently is MW and WW but the guys at WW need to start fighting one another.Last edited by SilverMiles; 12-15-2015, 05:33 PM.Comment

I'm definitely most excited about the 147 division. I find its the most historical deep division. Maybe you can say this division or that division beats it right now, but 147 is always in the top 3 or 5 divisions no matter what it seems is going on & usually has a couple guys in the P4P talks. With Floyd gone & Manny one fight from gone I think 147 will be getting very interesting over the next 2-4 years as a new leader of the pack makes himself known.
Players in the division: Pacquiao, Brook, Thurman, Porter, Bradley, Khan, Garcia, Peterson
Names (big or notable): Jessie Vargas, Errol Spence, Saddam Ali, Kevin Bizier, Guerrero, Aron Martinez, Felix Diaz, Rios, Bundu, Algieri, Gavin, Berto, Paulie, Devon Alexander, Alvarado, Brad Solomon, Josesito Lopez, Collozo, Omotoso, Sammy Vazquez
Top Prospects: Egidijus Kavaliauskas, Jamal James, Terrell Williams, Bryant Perrella, Taras Shelestyuk, Ivan Golub, Alex Martin

I don't know if it's the best, but seems to me that Jr Welter is pretty deep these days with the likes of Crawford, Postol, Matthysse, Peterson, Broner, Herrera, Granados, Imam, Provodnikov, Rios and it goes on with recognizable names.
And it seems like they fight each other sometimes even...Comment

Doesn't matter how "stacked" the division is when they won't fight each otherWelterweight is the most stacked division in boxing currently I could easily name 15 boxers who could fight each other in competitive fights.
