Cruiserweight, Light Heavyweight, and Middleweight are all loaded with young talent.

        Welterweight is relatively weak.

            Lmao no...

1.Kell Brook - Avoided every big fight
2.Manny Pacquiao - At end of his career will be gone after one fight in 2016
3.Keith Thurman - Ducking Shawn Porter yet cries he doesn't get big fights in his division?
4.Tim Bradley - Legitimate good opponent
5.Amir Khan - Still a lot to prove at 147
6.Danny Garcia - Overrated should have lost to Herrera and Lamont Peterson and he's not fought once there
7.Shawn Porter - Good little fighter willing to fight anyone
8.Errol Spence - Very talented fighter likely future number 1
9.Sammy Vasquez - Hasn't fought anyone like the majority of all the guys you've listed
10.Sadam Ali - Not sold on him has a lot to prove
            11.Andre Berto - LMAO!!
            12.Diego Chaves - Bum
13.Lamont Peterson - Good but he has yet to properly fight at 147
            14.Jessie Vargas - Overrated
            15.Josesito Lopez - Lmao really?

Here is the strongest division and its certainly not the 147lbs division perhaps I think some don't rate this division because the best of the best in it aren't American.

              Cruiserweight -
              1. Grigory Drozd
              2. Denis Lebedev
              3. Ilungu Makubu
              4. Krzysztof Glowacki
              5. Ola Afolabi
              6. Oleksandr Usyk
              7. Olanrewaju Durodola
              8. Marco Huck
              9. Youri Kayembre Kalenga
              10. Mairis Briedis
              11. Rakhim Chakhkiev
              12. Isa Akberbayev
              13. Yunier Dorticos
              14. Beibut Shumenov
              15. Tony Bellew

And there are more, Tony Bellew shouldn't be on the list but I'm taking into account that he robbed Mastenak regardless nothing I can do to change that.

its deceiving because most those welters are in the US.
                lots of exposure

Cruiserweight is where the action is at imo then it would be middleweight then lightheavyweight.
