GGG just stall him out for those 15 days and let the fight go to a purse bid. That way the fight is at 160 and his split of the money is bigger.

Quite possible though that Canelo gives in on the weight a little just to keep it from going to a purse bid so he can keep a bigger slice of the pie.

How bad does it make you feel that GGG is a fantastic fighter and rich?

do you cry yourself to sleep at night wondering why you're a complete failure at life while the man you're hating on has everything you wished for and more?

How is Team Canelo stalling? The terms Canelo wants to fight GGG under are pretty clear. GGG can either accept the terms. Or, he can walk, and take his chances at either growing his brand to the point where he has more leverage down the road. Or, hope Nelo's star power deminishes. It worked for Manny. Floyd offered him a $40M guarantee. Pac told him to f.uck himself. Then a couple years down the road got a nine figure payday fighting Floyd. The ball is in GGG's court. He needs Canelo, not visa versa.

Hmmmm. I have a house, two vehicles, a six figure household income, sleep next to a beautiful professional woman every night, a loving child, travel around the country attending fights and football games almost at will. If that's a failure at life, I'll take it.

As for GGG, I just wanna see him validate the hype. Nothing more, nothing less.

I take these quotes as he's saying fight is going to happen in Sept as long as GGG agrees to some concessions. GGG's only leverage is he's the mandatory. But Canelo is bigger then any belt and his leverage is stronger. I'm the biggest star and you need me more then I need you. Canelo has many options for fights and all of them end with him selling a ton of PPV's and making huge money. GGG has no one else he can fight at 160 that will bring the money or will vault his career to that next level like a Canelo fight can do. So it comes down to stare off and GGG will blink first because he has to if he wants the fight. I think the concessions will be weight and a split of the money both GGG will need to sacrafice. 155 is not going to happen. But neither will 160. Split the difference at 158 or 157 and I think it gets done. And Canelo get's the lion share of the split. That's what it will take. And I think GGG budges and we get this fight in Sept.

Is anyone confident that Canelo vs GGG happens in the 2nd half of 2016? At this point I'm probably 49.5%/49.5% split that Canelo will drop the belt or the WBC will give another extension with 1% on the fight happening...but I've always been an optimist.
Im rather optimistic actually. I think its more of a 70-30 proposition. I think the WBC will do the right thing. They have stood by their word so far, and only extended this thing because both sides asked them to. Is the WBC hoping that Canelo keeps the belt? ABSOLUTELY. But they have done nothing as of yet to make me believe they will end up clowning GGG.

As for Canelo, I believe there is genuine interest in keeping the title. If there wasn't, there would be no purpose for all this deal-making, extensions, agreements, etc, as well as paying the sanctioning fees for his May 7 fight. Why do all that if youre just going to vacate on May 30?

                  So Im cautiously hopeful lol

Edit: I will say this though: If no deal gets made in the 15 days and it goes to bid, its dead in the water. NO WAY canelo does it at 160 and with the WBC ordered purse split.

What is it that all you ***s don't get?

Canelo is the A side and GGG is the B side.

Canelo's terms are in, if GGG doesn't like it he can go and Kf himself! as simple as that.

There in no other cash cow right now than Canelo, and if you are not down with it then go fk yourselves too!

                    Its business you idiots!

GGG sold 200k on Payperview Canelo sold 900K see the difference?

Golovkin is 33 years old, Canelo - 25.

The longer the wait, more it benefits Canelo's chances.
