The only fights I wanna see GGG take in between a fight with Canelo are some meaningful to some degree type fights. That said I think they should be trying to setup Daniel Jacobs (he's at his highest point right now, it'd be a ideal time to fight him if it can be made), Andy Lee (GGG wants the titles, assuming Lee gets past BJS he'll still have one) or Miguel Cotto (Cotto still has 1 more fight with RN from my understanding, I could see him doing worse than a fight with GGG & I think the movement & smart boxing showed vs Canelo could give GGG some trouble). I don't really care to see the Johnson mandatory although I suspect that'll be the fight & if BJS upsets Lee I don't really care to see BJS vs GGG cuz I think he could use some more seasoning before being throw into a fight with the best guy in the division.

One thing (the only thing) MMA has over boxing , is the matchmaking , the fight probably wont happen in sept as well....... if they folded this time after ALL the **** they said (WBC) i see no reason for them to keep their word for sept....

Why is this guy always stuck in "mandatory this, mandatory that"? Damn, move up or down a few pounds and find REAL challenges. None of these guys at middleweight will make any difference on his resume. If he beats Lee, that would be his best win so far. Big deal. Lee isn't any better than Lemieux or the others. I really don't believe these two will fight. I wonder if the WBC made Canelo acknowledge that to keep the belt he will have to fight Golovkin at the Middleweight limit before striking this deal with him. Sounds to me like he has no intentions of fighting above 155 and just got a free pass for one fight.
